The following steps were created using Eudora 5.1. Depending on the version you are using, the steps may be different.
From the Tools menu, click Options.

From the Options dialog box, in the Real Name text box, enter your full
name. In the Return address text box, enter your return e-mail address
(e.g., UserID@forexample-domain.com). In the Mail Server text box, your
Incoming mail server (POP3) address (eg mail.forexample-domain.com). In
the SMTP Server text box, enter Outgoing mail server (SMTP) address (eg
smtp.forexample-domain.com).
You may need to input your ISP's SMTP Mail Server as your SMTP Server (Outgoing)
In the Login Name text box, enter your User ID.
If you have an Email only solution you need to enter USERID.USERNAME as
your User ID (The USERNAME is used to log into your control panel)

Click OK.
After
configuring Eudora for your POP account, it is recommended that you
disable the option to store copies of messages on the server. An e-mail
overflow situation occurs if these copies occupy too much space.
